Unit # 12 - Standard Room 1 Queen Bed

There is 1 queen bed, a small refrigerator, microwave, cooking and eating utensils, flat screen television, DVD player, 2 director chairs and a TV table for eating. This unit faces the parking lot with a small seating area outside the room and right around the corner from the pool. There is a grassy area between the entrance and the parking lot with a privacy fence bordering the parking lot. All guests have access to all of Lake Ranch’s open areas including the courtyard, lakefront seating area, gazebo area with 6 gas grills and plenty of picnic tables for lakefront dining, club house and use of our great heated pool with windows. All rooms are non-smoking.
Room rate $89 to $130 per night plus tax. Some weekends and holidays may require a 2 night stay or longer.
