Standard Rooms

Daily rates for a standard room $79 to $130 per night plus 11% tax. Some weekends and holidays may require a 2 night stay or longer.

Unit # 3 Standard Room, 2 Dbl Beds, Max Occupancy 4

The room has two double beds (Queen length), 2 easy chairs, a small refrigerator, micro-wave oven, coffee maker and a television. This unit faces the parking lot, however all guests have access to all of Lake Ranch’s open areas including the courtyard, lake front seating area, gazebo area for cooking and lakefront dining, the club house and use of our great heated pool with windows.

Unit # 4 Standard Room, 1 Queen , Max Occupancy 2

This is a nice bright room with 1 queen bed, 2 easy chairs, a micro wave and small refrigerator. This unit faces the parking lot, however all guests have access to all of Lake Ranch’s open areas including the courtyard, lake front seating area, gazebo area for cooking and lakefront dining, the club house and use of our great heated pool with windows.

Unit # 12 Standard Room, 1 Queen, Max Occupancy 2

This unit has beach decor and is light and airy. There is 1 queen bed, a small refrigerator, microwave, cooking and eating utensils, flat screen television, DVD player, 2 director chairs and a TV table for eating. This unit faces the parking lot with a small seating area outside the room and right around the corner from the pool. There is a grassy area between the entrance and the parking lot with a privacy fence bordering the parking lot. All guests have access to all of Lake Ranch’s open areas including the courtyard, lakefront seating area, gazebo area with 6 gas grills and plenty of picnic tables for lakefront dining, club house and use of our great heated pool with windows. All rooms are non-smoking.
